We are here to help. During the strategy bootcamp week Rainer will work with you (up to 8 hours over the week) to define your strategy. We start with looking at what you have, the overall goals, technologies in use, timing and resourcing, etc. and step by step develop your plan.

Basics Bootcamp
You want to start learning about O11y but don’t know where and how?
You came to the right place. During this bootcamp week Rainer will work with you (up to 8 hours over the week) to achieve your goals. We start with defining what you want to do and assign tasks, hands-on exercises, etc. so that you get to your week’s goal step by step.
Your personal O11y 101 where you can focus and get coaching from the expert. And continue your regular job as well but without the usual distractions. On top of that do we include the AWS infrastructure needed for your explorations.

Workation Camp
1 week working away from all, focus on your O11y project in a relaxed environment with great internet and superb coffee.
2 hours private O11y coaching with Rainer throughout the week to answer questions you have, discuss options, technologies or other things around Observability.
Mallorca’s South is the perfect place to work focused and once you are done with your day’s work – which happens faster than you think – you can enjoy the tranquility, the nature, the good food, go for one of many sporting exercises or simply a walk around town.

Our Offerings
When you need to get away from the office for a week, get things done and ask our O11y expert in private sessions or if you want to the boot your O11y project, jumpstart your observability knowhow, this is your chance.
Bootcamps are running from Monday through Friday and have a maximum of 2 individual participants per week. The Coworking ticket for the week is included as well as 8 hours coaching and consulting by Rainer. An individual agenda for the week is developed upfront so that you will get the maximum out of your focus week. There are 2 slots available each week – first come – first serve.
Workation Camps are your focus time and are also running from Monday through Friday but contain only 2 hours of coaching / consulting time with Rainer. This is ideal to work on your observability project with access to one most renowned experts in case of questions.
